Comprehensive Training in a Professional Salon Setting
The Lu Ross Cosmetology Program offers an in-depth education in color, haircutting, chemical services, and all core aspects of professional salon work. Students interact with real clients, conduct consultations, and learn to deliver results that meet client expectations. As a Wella Professionals Signature School, Lu Ross Academy provides a unique learning experience through its partnership with Wella and Sebastian. Students are trained in the Wella Triple Craft, developed by Wella Global Education: Color Craft, Cut Craft, and Style Craft—a modern approach to mastering the art and science of hair.
Cosmetology Program Curriculum
Lu Ross Academy cosmetology students are trained to meet—and exceed—professional industry standards. Experienced instructors provide hands-on guidance while guest lectures and demonstrations from Wella artists and educators introduce advanced techniques and industry insights. Along with the full California State-mandated curriculum, students develop creativity, professionalism, and career-ready skills.
